Job Description :
The Customer Service Representative provides the first line of sales and customer service contact for the customers. The CSR is responsible for the sale of distributed parts and services to all customers in all market segments. Deals daily with customers via phone, fax, email, electronic data interface and in person.
The CSR processes orders and closes sales, prepares and delivers customer quotations, participates in sales promotions as outlined by sales management and keeps sales management apprised of any recognized trends, problems or opportunities.
3 years of sales, customer service, warehouse or maintenance experience in the aerospace/aircraft parts sales, distribution and/or mfg. industry. Excellent communication, customer driven and personal initiative. Good organizational and time management skills to deal with multiple priorities. Proficient with multiple software applications.
