Job Description :
3rd line support specialist is required for a busy company based in the Birmingham area to support and implement changes to a live system in the open market place.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in windows server 2003/2008 operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft MYSQL databases and MS exchange.
The role is to provide significant support as part of a dedicated team of top level professionals and will include:
Deployment of system upgrades and patches
Fault finding and resolution
Reporting and Liason at senior level
Team working and individual working.
