The purpose of the Branch Customer Adviser is to provide a first class service to all customers.
Responsibilities include;
•Generating and following through sales opportunities and building up customer loyalty in order to maximise sales potential.
•Keeping up to date with the latest products and services in order to match products effectively to customer needs.
•Assisting in the running of the Branch and supporting the Branch Manager.
•Performing all cash and banking transactions quickly and accurately.
The company offer excellent opportunities for training and development including CEMAP sponsorship and a FAST TRACK Management Programme to employees demonstrating strong sales and leadership potential.
Candidates will have good sales and customer service experience ideally in a customer facing environment. Experience working to sales targets in previous roles would be advantageous. Good Keyboard and Telephone skills are essential. A minimum of GCSE C or above in English and Maths is required.
The hours of work for this role are Wednesday - Friday 9am - 5pm, plus 24 Saturdays 9.30am-12pm.
Salary £800 plus bonus potential.
