Job Description :
We are recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to work within a branded restaurant in Basingstoke.
Our client that we are recruiting for has many units and is a very well known branded company. You will need to be a motivated individual with previous experience in a branded restaurant environment. You must come from a high volume unit and have strong managerial skills and be able to run a tight team.
The successful Restaurant Manager will would enjoy working in a high volume environment, being a positive communicator with the ability to implement high standards among their staff and is extremely organised with a hands on approach to working. Have an understanding of P&Ls, weekly net sales, and have ran a large unit for more than two years.
