Job Description :
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MS Exchange server support analyst to join a market leader in a senior support role. Working in a highly skilled environment the role offers the right candidate a diverse and interesting technical role.
Candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience by working as the last line of technical support on challenging and complex issues.
The role is to provide support primarily remotely but will entail some on site work. Candidates will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical people.
You will have a background in a server support or administration team in a large environment supporting MS Exchange up to and including 2010. You will have knowledge of virtualization - ideally with VMWare and email archiving - ideally with Symantec Enterprise Vault, as well as a broad knowledge of related server products.
