The Background…
An exciting and forward thinking world leader within FMCG, are seeking an Operational Leader to join their expanding team in Cheshire, to deliver the required standards and operational performance for a team of c12-15 direct reports.
The Role…
As an Operational Leader, you'll manage your team in applying the appropriate TPM tools and methodologies to achieve results, providing coaching on a one-to-one basis. You'll also ensure that improvements are maintained by revision/training/changes in the manufacturing procedures/practices.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
-Safety (Including understanding OSHE departmental procedures & promote high standards of housekeeping in all areas of the site).
-Quality (Including an understanding of Quality Procedures & participating in quality kaizen analysis).
-Effective Maintenance (Including planning & maintenance activities and ensuring all maintenance tasks are logged effectively).
You…
You'll have previous experience in a similar role, with OSHE & TPM (Including Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, Focused Improvement, Effective Maintenance, Early Management and Quality Maintenance), ideally within a Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
You'll have a proven track record of leading teams.
You'll have excellent PC skills, including MS Application Software.
