Job Description :

Do you have what it takes to join this fantastic retailer as an assistant manager to drive the store, hit the set goals and embrace the development of making the customer your priority?
As the assistant manager you'll be expected to support the store manager through your actions by setting the standards for sales, standards and customer service in the store. You'll lead the sales team in order for them to achieve their targets with coaching and development where required. You need to be able to lead from the front and set the example of what excellent should look like in the store.
Whilst being able to identify sales opportunities and acting accordingly is a key part of the role, you'll also be expected to set an increased level of customer service and customer interaction, the customer's need must come first, you'll be expected to spend the time getting to know your customer, identify their need and make recommendations accordingly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves customer interaction, enjoys making recommendations based on asking good questions and wants a long term career.
