Rate: £30-35k circa

Hybrid Functional Safety Engineer (ISO26262) required for a full-time position based in Coventry working for a high profile automotive client.
Job Description
Hybrid technology is a key to our plans for an exciting future. We're working with the world's most advanced systems and technology - and the most talented people. As one of them, you'll help us make breakthroughs and shape the next generation of premium vehicles.
Your challenge will be to produce and deliver comprehensive safety cases for a range of complex control systems. This will involve system hazard analysis, risk estimation, and the production of safety documentation and test plans. You'll work closely with system suppliers, third party safety assessors and the system team, to make sure all safety requirements are effectively met, documented, and translated into system requirements.
You'll also be instrumental in supporting system safety reviews, and we'll expect you to offer proactive support (and training) to the safety team in carrying out best practice safety reviews. A relevant track record, demonstrating a proven ability to carry out these duties, is vital - including safety analysis experience up to ISO26262 standard.
