Are you an experienced Proposals or Estimating Engineer looking to work for an exciting and growing business?

The organisation design, develop and manufacture Specialist equipment for the materials handling and waste recycling industries. Following an increase in the demand for their services they are looking to recruit an experienced proposals or estimating engineer to help continue to drive the business forward.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD packages. They will be responsible for; Site surveying, estimating and the pricing of quotations, Liaising with customers and suppliers and dealing with day to day site activities. You will be expected to manage several projects at the same time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical engineering graduate who is looking to develop their skills and expand their future opportunities

The Role:

*Site Surveying
*Costing and Estimating of Projects
*Preparing sales drawings for quotations Drawings would be up to proposal stage - concept drawings
*Working in conjunction with drawing, production, costs and installation departments at all times
* Some travel will be involved with this position.

The Person:

*Experience with Auotdesk inventor and AutoCAD Packages
*Minimum of HNC in Mechanical Engineering
*Used to working both individually and part of a team
*Customer facing experience would be beneficial
