Job Description :
Contract Auditor GLOUCESTER
12 month contract Part time 14 hours
Our client a well-known local company is looking for a Contract Auditor to join their busy team.
As a Contract Auditor you will manage your own work load of duties.
You will be required to:
Provide a professional contact point for all new business
Provide telephone guidance on Point of Sale systems
Check and process documentation
Work within time frames
Handle incoming calls and queries
Running and acting upon weekly and monthly reports
Ideal candidates will have worked in a similar role. For this role we are looking for people with:
Qualification in a relevant Business/Financial Services discipline preferred
Proven experience from 1 to 3 years preferred
Strong aptitude for maths; able to structure rental profiles, calculate subsidies, check figures in finance contracts
Solid analytical skills
Focussed on providing an excellent service through Customer Service
Excellent organisational abilities
Attention to detail
A good standard of written and spoken English; good listening skills
Good interpersonal skills and show strong ability to work within a team
Complete discretion in dealing with sensitive or confidential material
Accustomed to working to tight deadlines and an ability to prioritise work tasks when under pressure
