Job Description :
A Customer Insight Analyst is required for a leading retailer who is an expert at data mining using SQL.
This role is based in Hertfordshire and paying £31,000
The Customer Insight Analyst will be apart of a small team who is responsible for the organisations marketing Campaigns, added-value products and customer insight analysis.
You are required to extract, manipulate and analyse data to provide critical management information to enable decision making on the key questions facing the Marketing team.
The role will also be involved in analysing information beyond our own data sources in order to develop our understanding of customer perception and our performance relative to the wider market
Knowledge & Experience
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an analyst in a consumer-facing business (preferably retail or FMCG).
They should be expert at data mining using SQL, understand databases generally, have good Excel skills and preferably also have some knowledge of Visual Basic.
Paying an annual salary of £31,000 and based in Hertfordshire.
