As a Service Manager you will be responsible for a fast paced small dedicated team of technicians. You must have excellent customer facing skills and a mechanical background as the job requires hands on ability. You must be able to reach weekly targets ensuring bonuses for the team and understand profit and loss and margins.
Previous experience of running a busy garage is essential and you must hold a full driving licence.
