Position ¡V Architect

Roles & Responsibilities.

„« Concept design and establishing program requirements
„« Design development
„« Detail design of all elements of projects eg precast concrete cladding / floor slabs & stairs. Including checking precast concrete fabricators drawings for multi-storey buildings.
„« Preparation of detailed construction drawings. Checking all structural engineers¡¦ drawings.
„« Coordination with other disciplines
„« Direction of CAD technicians Preparing tender & working drawings using AutoCAD
„« Interpretation and application of relevant building codes
„« Attend weekly meetings with the design team on site.
„« Preparation of specifications and cost estimates.
„« Produce design solutions by hand to overcome problems on site.
„« Any other duties as deemed relevant during employment
