Job Description :
Our client based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia iscurrently recruiting for a Projects Control Manager The individual chosen for this role must display a proven trackrecord of planning, This position reports directly to the Executive Directorand Document Controllers.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Projects Managers to complete Projectson time and within the approved budget.
* Design and set-up the most suitable and effective control organization on allprojects to meet these objectives in compliance with contractualspecifications.
* * Create a schedule/cost/risk awareness atmosphere among all projectsparticipants.
* Organize and maintain the best integration between scheduling and costcontrol and risk management functions ensuring that any activity is carefullyplanned and controlled in terms of time, budget and scope of work.
* Ensure, during the initial phase after contract award, the implementation ofthe Project Controls System
* Prepare Master Schedule and internal Control Budget and Cash Flow.
* Coordinate the preparation of Risk and Opportunity Management Plan and itsapplication
* Coordinate, during the execution phase, the maintenance of the ProjectControls System ensuring it works effectively and Projects Status is assessedand reported
* Ensure reports required by the Client and by internal procedures areregularly issued.
* Direct, coordinate and supervise the work of Planning Engineers, Cost ControlEngineers and Document Controllers assigned to the projects
* Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedulesor plans as required.
* Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English andArabic, both oral and written
* Excellent degree of cost awareness.
* Good computer skills especially in MicrosoftOffice applications / Primavera P6.
* Minimum 15 years proven references from Large or International Companies
* Minimum 5 years in similar Managerial Position.
* Experience in construction site,man-power and equipment deployment requirement quality control system &heavy lifts
