Job Description :
My Client is a small tight knit company that is the process of controlled growth after recovering from the recession. They are after a few members of senior staff to head up this growth and be part of the companies' successful future, one of them being a sales engineer / manager.
They are looking for someone who can both estimate, and go out and develop sales. This could be a work from home position with occasional trips into office but would prefer someone who was commuting distance of central Yorkshire. Must be confident and sociable and have good people skills, as well as good commercial, judgement and negotiating skills. Someone from a controls or HVAC engineering background preferred, and if they can bring to the table existing contacts / potential all the better!
Salary range to £40k
Profit share
Commission
Car allowance etc
(Expected OTE £100k)
