REGISTERED DOMICILIARY BRANCH MANAGER REQUIRED FOR SHROPSHIRE AREA
Permanent Domiciliary Branch Manager Role paying up to £26,000
An exciting opportunity exists for a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to pick up a well established domiciliary business in and around the Shropshire area.
As the Domiciliary Care Manager you will be required to assist in the development of this service providing care and support to older people in their own homes. You will work closely with the service users in creating person specific care plans that ensure they are provided with care and support that matches their needs. You will also recruit, train and manage a team of Care Workers to ensure that the care they provide exceeds CQC and organisational requirements.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will need to have a minimum of NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care or the Registered Manager's Award (RMA) or Leadership Management Certificate (LMC) in addition to knowledge of providing Domiciliary Care for Older People. Candidates with experience of Residential Management will be considered. In return you will receive a market leading basic salary plus additional benefits.
