Job Description :
This leading and independent asbestos consultancy that has a national presence and provides a variety of asbestos and environmental services to clients presently requires the services of an Asbestos Surveyor to cover a portfolio of contracts in and around the South West area.
The applicant must possess the BOHS P402 asbestos certificate ad must have at least twelve months asbestos surveying experience within the asbestos industry.
The main responsibilities will involve:
Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings - commercial and industrial.
Writing comprehensive reports as and when required.
Liaising with the company's portfolio of clients on a regular basis.
The successful candidate must be an all-rounder, flexible, have good communication skills, both written and verbal, be conversant with the Health and Safety procedures in relation to asbestos and have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
