Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Looking to get rewarded for your dedication and hard work?
As a result of continued growth we are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant for a successful company based in the historic market town of Stamford.
No previous recruitment experience required, although a degree and some sales experience is desirable.
We look for ambitious individuals who really want to progress and develop both themselves and their careers. You must be an outgoing character who communicates well. Hard working, passionate, dedicated and results orientated would all be words used to describe our current team. Your career development, long term career opportunity and being rewarded for your results are our absolute priority.
You will join an ambitious team with a clear vision. The environment is fun and open plan with a clear focus on achievement through excellent service levels to both our clients and our candidates.
In return for your hard work and dedication you will be rewarded with a clear individual training and development programme, other personal and team incentives plus a totally uncapped bonus structure. Other benefits include healthcare and gym membership - and as you progress through the business mobile phones, car allowance and an increase in basic.
Basic starts at £15k with significant monthly bonuses. Year 1 expect to earn at least £25-35k + BUPA + Gym (this is totally in your hands); Year 2 £50k+.
