Cisco - Unified Communications - Voice - Cisco UCS - Lync - NewVoice - VoIP - WLAN - Firewall - CCNP - CCIE

Austin Fraser are working with one of their top clients based in Switzerland. This is a really exciting opportunity for a Cisco Unified Communications Consultant.

Your tasks

- Integration and Migration of Cisco UC solutions into the existing infrastructure at customer site

-Cisco UCS installation for the virtualization of UC systems, and links to 3rd party applications such as Ekehau, NewVoice alarm server, Snapware and Lync

- Sales and presales support in terms of design and develop custom solutions

- Support for the 1st level support for complex disorders and acquisition of the 2nd level support
- Making changes on Cisco VoIP Infrastructure

- Technical analysis and problem solving, as well as handling the case of Cisco and 3rd party suppliers

- Assistance in various projects from the perspective of operating and strips-call service

- Acquisition of part of project management

Your skills

- Unified communications, collaboration, telepresence and video. (CCNA Voice certification or higher)

- Experience in Cisco Networking (CCNA Routing and Switching is an advantage)

- Computer science education or technical training with appropriate training

- Basic knowledge of firewall and Wi-Fi and knowledge in the Microsoft environment desirable

- Communicative personality who enjoys working in a team with customer-oriented thinking and acting

- Self-confidence, poise and resilience

- Creativity, integration and analytical skills

- Good language skills in the German language (spoken and written)
