Job Description :
Our client, an established and well respected automotive car dealer group in the UAE has an immediate opening for an experienced Aftersales Manager.

The appointed individual will be responsible for ensuring the aftersales department operates efficiently, profitably and in line with standards and guidelines set out by the manufacturer and board of directors.

The Role

Lead an aftersales department of over 200 staff
Set the strategy for Aftersales with the support of all reporting line managers
Formulate budgets and forecasts for the aftersales function and all departmental managers
Review supplier arrangements and negotiate the best possible prices to reduce variable costs
Make strategic decisions efficiently after undertaking research
Benchmark the business against competitors within the sector
Select and employ the highest calibre of personnel for the business
Work closely with HR on employee related issues i.e. staffing, training, development, disciplinaries etc
Hold regular meetings with line managers, seeking feedback and set direction
Identify variances to budget and address effectively and efficiently
Work with the Marketing department to ensure the business is effectively marketed
Maintain good manufacturer relations Who we're looking for

At least 7-10 years experience as an Aftersales Manager of a large passenger car dealership
Degree holder
Financially literate
Leadership skills
Coaching and mentoring
GCC experience preferred
English and Arabic speaking What's on offer

US$ 160,000 per year (including housing and bonus), car, healthcare and annual flights
