Job Description :
This beautiful hotel with 20+ luxury bedrooms, a golf course and multi food outlets is looking to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef. The hotel has 5 kitchens serving the 70 cover fine dining restaurant with offers a Modern European Cuisine, A 100 cover Brasserie and the Members Bar which both serve a Classical British Cuisine and attracts large banqueting suites and marquees that can caterfrom 200 to 2000 covers. You will be required to work in a Pastry Brigade of 4 working mainly straight shifts. The pastry kitchen is well equipped to allow you to make all desserts fresh in. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a similar establishment to a 2AA Rosette standard within fine dining and volume experience.
