    Job Description :
    Beautiful country house hotel in the heart of Cheshire requires an experienced Chef De Partie for its 3 Rosette restaurant.

    This luxury traditional hotel houses a Rosette-accredited restaurant and also caters for a large number of weddings and conferences. A Chef De Partie is now required to complete the brigade, and assist in the production of varied, high quality dishes. The Head Chef is looking for an experienced chef who can take responsibility within the kitchen, with the ability to support the management team in a proactive way. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and be able to work well in a team. Reporting to the Head Chef.

    This establishment is looking for an all-rounder who is flexible, hard working, and remains calm under pressure. This role requires an individual who will set and maintain the highest standards, with close attention to detail. You should have good Chef De Partie experience, preferably in a Rosette-accredited or high quality establishment. NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent and a knowledge of food hygiene is also required.

    In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
