Job Description :
Picturesque 4* Hotel in rural Cumbria is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their busy hotel team.
Working with both the restaurant and banqueting in this busy hotel you will be reporting directly to the head chef while keeping the standards that has been expected.
You’re Role
•To confidently work on your own section
•To work with the team pushing towards the 3rd Rosette
•Maintain the high level of service that has been expected
•Maintain all levels of Health and Hygiene

Experience/Qualifications:
You must have a strong 2 rosette working background and a passion for the job whilst being a confident individual. You will also have experience in working within a high volume, fresh food environment
