Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join their talented and highly acclaimed team of Chefs. The property is a newly refurbished 4 Star Hotel in Cumbria and offers their guests a vast range of leisure facilities such as a Health Club with spa, function & banqueting rooms and a fantastic restaurant with stunning views. They serve a modern British menu using seasonal, fresh produce in an elegant atmosphere. As a Commis Chef you will be cooking basic food and be in charge of stock rotation. You will support senior chefs in your brigade and at the same time you will be learning new techniques. You will maintain the highest standards of hygiene possible and work well under pressure.
