Job Description :
This 4 Star Hotel & Country Club within a rural setting are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef to work within their talented brigade. With 80 guest rooms, restaurant and a busy wedding season. Thesuccessful candidate must have experience of working in a large, established hotel 4* 1 or 2 AA Rosette and be willing to work the hours as required.
You willhave fresh food, high volume experience and be able tokeep a cool headduring busy periods.
