Job Description :
This stunning red star country house hotel located in the Hampshire area is currently looking to recruit a Pastry Chef de Partie. The property has uniquely designed bedrooms, an award winning 40+ cover restaurant and a new bistro / bar operation.
The Role:-
You will be reporting to the Head Pastry Chef. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the running of the Pastry Section producing all freshly made desserts, ice-cream, petit fours, baked bread and afternoon teas, stock control and ordering. The property are looking to gain further rosette accreditations, making this an excellent opportunity for a Pastry Chef with exemplary experience to help drive the food offering forward.

Qualification/Experience:-
All applicants will have previous experience of working in a high quality; rosette accredited environment as well as the desire to work with high quality cuisine. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational and motivational skills. You will also require NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
