Excellent Opportunity to work under a chef with exemplary experience throughout the UK and London. Our clients are a privately owned, award winning hotel in the Worcestershire area who is currently seeking an enthusiasticSenior Chef de Partie to enhance and strengthen their existing brigade. The hotel has over 40 rooms, an award winning restaurant and a newly refurbished state of the art kitchen.

The Role:-

The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen. You will be reporting to the kitchens Head/Sous Chef.

Qualification/Experience:-

The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a quality fine dining environment. You will have worked in all areas of the kitchen and preferably have rosette experience. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills.
