Chef de Partie Fantastic opportunity in a modern Hertfordshire hotel. Chef de Partie required for this fantastic, modern contemporary, 4 star hotel with stunning features, situated in Hertfordshire. A seriously fabulous hotel, which must be seen at all costs! This Chef de Partie position is a demanding role in a busy kitchen producing only the highest quality of food for the restaurant and conference & banqueting. You will be a dedicated, passionate and ambitious, individual who is positively spirited with boundless flair and works well under pressure. The successful candidate for this role will be an exceptional Chef de Partie or Commis looking to make their next career move & must have good all round experience within a busy 4 star/ 2AARosettesenvironment with sound restaurant and banqueting knowledge. This is a fully involved role to lead a highly motivated brigade of 10, with your commitment to delivering an exceptional product.
