Job Description :
Our client, a popular 3 star, hotel is looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Chef de Partie, looking for a new & demanding challenge.
The hotel offers a wide range of conference facilities and can cater for up to 100 delegates. In addition the hotel boasts a fine dinning 90 + seater restaurant concentrating on the finest award winning British cuisine.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will move the product forward pulling from your previous experience and knowledge and ensure that your section always runs smoothly and efficiently and that you provide support across the kitchen whenever necessary.
Qualifications/ Experience required:
As a Chef de Partie, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience, with a rosette background, Fine Dining experience essential and posses all the relevant qualifications to satisfy such a position including NVQ I&II and hygiene certificates.
In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
