Demi Chef De Partie required for Michelin rated restaurant in the Hertfordshire area!! You must be capable of preparing and cooking food to a high standard. As part of the brigade it is essential that your communication skills are excellent, you have strong commitment, with dedication to your career and a passion for food. Experience is essential for this role, ideally you will come from a strong 4/5 star hotel background, boasting good quality rosette experience.
