Fancy working straight shifts and getting paid for your over time?! This Junior Sous Chef position is situated within a multi site property with an award winning Luxurious Hotel in Hertfordshire. You will be working with ina excellant Kitchen with 3 AA Rosettes with a brigade of 9 and you will be responsible for50cv restaurantand be involved developing teh team towards a MIchelin star .You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hygiene possible and support junior chefs when required. The ideal candidate will come from a strong 4 and 5 star Hotel background, hava a stable CV boasting good quality, rosette experience. Previous experience working at Junior Sous Chef level is notessential. You must be dedicated, flexible, and passionate with flair! Your must have excelent communication skills.
