Job Description :
A luxurious 5Red StarHotel is looking for a Room Service Sous Chef to join the brigade for this large volume restaurant serving a mix of British, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong 4/5 star hotel background, boasting good quality, rosette experience. Previous experience working at Junior Sous Chef level would be an advantage.
You must be dedicated, flexible, and passionate with flair!
