Steeped in history, this spectacular hotel boasts individually designed bedrooms, a leisure club and an array of activities. The hotel is one of Leicestershire’s premier wedding venues and can cater up to 200 covers. The restaurant boasts 2 AA rosettes and is looking to gain its third. Along with the restaurant the hotel boasts a brasserie, golf pavilion and café bar. Candidates would benefit from having a rosette background although this is not essential. Sourcing all their fresh produce from local suppliers within a close radius the quality of the menu is exceptional, ideally then applicants will have previously worked with fresh produce.
