Job Description :
This restaurant has been awarded with the highest and most revered accolades available! They pride themselves on offering an opulent and luxurious environment whilst maintaining a top quality reputation for their inspiring menus and warm welcome. This position offers a fabulous opportunity for professional and passionate chefs to take their career to the next level!
The duties of the Demi/Chef de Partie position will include:
•Maintaining the establishments excellent standards
•Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
•Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
•Monitoring stock and controlling costs
•Working to a high standard at all times
•Produce consistent results and demonstrate attention to detail
The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven.
Candidates should be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent. Candidates should have good grounding and experience in a similar accredited establishment. Applicants must be willing to learn and develop their skills in a new environment. Chefs must have the confidence and skill to run their own station. You must be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and take pride in your work.
