This Luxury 5* Hotel in London is looking to recruit a strong Sous to join its brigade of chefs in this exclusive porperty. Our client is a brand-new, contemporary Hotel in London. The property offers all the facilities you can expect from a 5 Star Hotel. Its stylish decoration makes of this property a unique option when staying in London. They offer an extravagant menu including British classics and modern European cuisine where every detail counts. As the Sous Chef you will be experienced in working at this level. You will be working in a team of 14 chefs and under pressure so you must deliver to the highest standards. You will be required to work alongside and support the Head Chefin maintaining the highest level of delivery and hygiene at all should demonstrate a passion and willingness to learn and progress. .
