    A CDPis required to work within a large brigade, situated in this 5 star luxury Hotel..

    Using a blend of high quality fresh ingredients you must be capable of preparing food to a high standard. As part of a large brigade it is essential that your communication skills are excellent, you have strong commitment, with dedication to your career and a passion for food.

    Experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years experience from a stable hotel background preferably 2/3AA Rosette or 5 Star Hotel
