Job Description :
We are looking for an ambitious, talented and highly motivated individual to take on the role as Chef de Partie. The property is a luxurious hotel set in several acres of land, located in Warwickshire. The hotel has over 40 bedrooms and a restaurant which can serve upto 70 covers and large conference and banqueting facilities.

The Role:-

As Chef de Partie you will be required to run a section of this busy kitchen. You will also be required to ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard, and complies with food safety regulations, to supervise, train and motivate the team to achieve company standards, and also to comply with Food and Health & Safety regulations.

Qualification/Experience:-

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 2 rosette hotel or restaurant. This position would ideally suit a strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie from a smaller operation. You will be responsible for assisting in driving the food operation forward and achieving further accolades. You will require NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate.
