Our client is looking for a strong Commis Chef to join their brigade of experienced chefs and together take the property to the next level.

As aCommis Chef you should be able to follow directions to detail, workingin a brigade ofchefs and under pressure effectively. You should be part ofalltraining and demonstrate you passion and willingness to learn and progress. You must support your colleagues and maintain the highest level of hygiene at all times.

Qualifiactions:
You must have previous experience as a Commis Chef in a 5 star hotel, Rosette experiece is a must have good communication skills, be driven and eager to progress always prepearing food to the highest standards. NVQ Level 1&2 or equivalent is essential.
