Hotel in London is looking to recruit a strong Chef de Partie to join its brigade of chefs in this exclusive porperty.
Our client is a brand-new, contemporary Hotel in London and is part of a highly acclaimed group of Hotels withmore than 50 properties all over the country. The property offers all the facilities you can expect from a 5 Star Hotel. Its stylish decoration makes of this property a unique option when staying in London. They offer an extravagant menu including British classics and modern European cuisine where every detail counts.
As a Chef de Partieyou should be able to follow intructions to detail. You will be working in a team of 14 chefs and under pressure so you must deliver to the highest standards. You will be required to work your own section effectively and must support your colleagues in maintaining the highest level of hygiene at all times.

Qualifiactions:
You must have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a stable 5 star hotel, Rosette experiece is a plus. You must have good communication skills, be driven and eager to progress. NVQ Level 1&2 or equivalent is essential.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
