Job Description :
This position is within a beautiful Restaurant & BrasserieStyle 2AA Rosette accredited property in Central London.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Pastry Chef to work within a small brigade. The ideal candidate will be creative with flair in the kitchen. The position will require an applicant with pastry experience in rosette properties.
You will be required to maintain the highest level of hygiene possible. Follow instructions to detail and work effectively as part of a team and under pressure is a must. You should be able to support other Chefs when required and demonstrate your passion for food.
Qualifications/ Experience required:
The ideal candidate will be a confident chef, highly focused. Applicants should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and appropriate hygiene, health and safety certification is essential. An excellent stable CV with Rosette background is essential. Your must have good communication skills and willigness to learn and progress.
