Job Description :
An ambitious and conscientious Head Chef is required to work in this contemporary restaurant serving outstanding dishes, specialising in fresh food and commited to sourcing the very best of produce.
As Head Chef you must be capable of preparing food to a high standard. As part of a small brigade it is essential that you are hands on and have a strong commitment, a passion for food and are meticulously organsied. All dishes are prepared in house therefore a wide skill level is required including butchery.
