Job Description :
A Chef de Partie for Sauce is required to work in this luxury 5* Hotel in central London, joining its large brigade of talented and passionate chefs.
As Chef de Partie in Sauce you must be capable of preparing food to a high standard and maintain the highest level of hygiene possible. You will support senior chefs to make sure the service run smoothly.
As part of a large brigade it is essential that your communication skills are excellent, and that you have strong commitment to your career and a passion for food.
With a willingness to learn and progress, experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years experience from a stable hotel background preferably 2/3AA Rosette.
