Great opportunity for a Receptionist, to work in this fabulous three-star hotel in Norfolk! Do you have hotel Reception experience? If yes, read on and apply!
Based in the centre of the North West Norfolk Conservation area, this hotel is surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery in East Anglia. Family run, this stylish hotel supports a simple but effective philosophy of good quality without all the frills, sensible prices and friendly knowledgeable service.
Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to work in Reception, responsible for greeting guest in a warm and friendly manner, dealing with telephone enquiries, performing check-in and :out, assisting guests with local knowledge and directions and occasionally supporting the restaurant team when required.
The working pattern is five shifts out of seven, as the business requires, reporting to the Proprietor.
All applicants must be experienced hotel Receptionists with a smart appearance and polite telephone manner. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite. Experience on Welcome 21 reservation system would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
Benefits include a generous salary, paid holiday allowance, uniform, hotel benefits, meals on duty and live-in accommodation.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
