Job Description :
Our Client, a splendid 4 Star Manor House is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join its Award Winning Kitchen and produce only the best.
The Hotel is located in the peaceful grounds of Cheshire and features over 40 en-suite bedrooms all of them individually decorated and provides modern and luxurious facilities for their guests. The award winning restaurant offers a delicious menu based on traditional English cuisine and excellent service.
As a Chef de Partie you will be required to run your own section effectively and work in different sections when necessary. You will be able to work under pressure and as part of a team, follow intructions to details and support senior chefs. You must maintain the higuest levels of hygiene possible and participate in every training the department provides.

Qualifiactions:
You must have a NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have experience at a CDP Level inquality, Rosette properties. You should have excellent communication and knife skills, be accurate demonstrating passion and flair.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
