Job Description :
A privately owned, award-winning boutique hotel is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie (£18K)to complete the brigade.
The hotel is renowned for its food and boasts a fantastic newly refurbished fine dining restaurant which has been awarded rosette’s.
Working on all sections within the kitchen the Head Chef is looking for someone that is keen to learn and progress.
Using the freshest locally sourced ingredients to create skillfully cooked dishes for this fine dining restaurant you will be working with a strong brigade who are keen to help you develop your skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at rosette level
