Job Description :
This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for a Chef de partie to gain experience of working in an established high quality property.
The restaurant holds two AA rosettes and has an outstanding reputation within the local area for being unusual and a great experience! As Chef de Partie you will be in control of your section and will help as required in the new cutting edge kitchen.
This is a very busy restaurant, the Head Chef therefore requires someone who is capable and experienced at working in a fast paced, rosette environment. He is also looking for someone who is relaxed and down to earth, to fit in with this friendly brigade!
