Beautiful South Wales Hotel : Multi Rosettes : Michelin Star : Rising Star on Culinary Scene Currently looking for Chef de Partie
This fantastic hotel restaurant uses the finest local, fresh ingredients to produce exciting and innovative cuisine that has led to multiple accolades. Surrounded by the stunning South Wales countryside, this restaurant has an inspiring location. This Head Chef is currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team.
Duties of this Chef de Partie position include:
•Maintaining the high standards of this restaurant
•Supporting senior chefs as required
•Preparing food prior to service
•Working effectively as part of a dedicated team
•Taking part in training and skill development
The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be five days out of seven as the business requires and will be reporting to the Head Chef.
Candidates must have a wealth of multiple rosette establishment experience. A sound grounding in the Chef de Partie role is essential : confidence in your own ability along with a willingness to learn is highly desirable. You must be organised and motivated with high standards and attention to detail.
