This property set in the heart of Wales are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Commis Chef. The hotels award winning restaurant prides itself on using fresh locally sourced ingredients to produce quality cuisine. The role This exceptional property prides itself on its faultless reputation and incredibly high standards. The hotel is set amongst acres of wonderful countryside, offering guests a unique setting. You will be working with fresh local produce to create exceptional dishes for this daily changing menu. With the willingness to learn, you will be preparing food and basic cooking, under the supervision of the more experienced chefs. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, handling deliveries and stock rotation.
