Job Description :
This privately owned, family run hotel located in the Oxfordshire area is currently seeking to appoint aDemi /CDP to join their existing brigade. The hotel has over 10 unique rooms, an award winning, fine dining restaurant and small conference and banqueting facilities.
The duties of Demi / Chef de Partie will include:
•Maintaining the excellent standards of this property
•Supporting the senior chefs
•Larder and stock duties
•Prepping prior to service
•Taking part in skill development and training
The working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as the business requires. You will be reporting to the Head Chef.
Candidates for this position must be enthusiastic and hardworking individuals with a passion for fresh exciting food. High standards and attention to detail are essential as is a desire for consistency.
