    Job Description :
    This distinctive 4*, 2AA rosette hotel seeks an experienced and highly capable Chef de Partie.

    This establishment is looking for a hard working individual who can remain calm under pressure. Working with excellent, locally sourced produce, you will be working to menus that offer a great choice of dishes.

    Your duties will be to work and run a section and be able to produce food to a rosette standard, in a busy kitchen. The client has specified that the successful candidate will be willing to adapt and work across the kitchen on a number of sections and display a fantastic attitude and approach to their work.

    Qualifications/ Experience required:

    You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality establishments preferably at rosette accredited establishments.
